We ordered a Spa at Emeralds grand opening in Kaysville. It was a seamless transaction. The crew brought it and set it up days after it arrived. We have been enjoying it ever since. We ordered our hot tub and looked very forward to receiving it and with all the issues getting parts and everything with shipping fiascoes we were very pleased with the communication and the final install. We had a hose that was cracked, and they’ve ordered a new hose and will be out this week to replace it and due to new Covid restrictions and everything I have offered to bring my order of supplies as well rather than me go in to get them.
